Our students participate in number of Inter collegiate competitions organized by various colleges/ institutions and won prizes in various events. College organizes “Talent Show” for students through which students are selected for intercollegiate and interuniversity competitions. Directors / choreographer are appointed to train students in performing arts and theatre events. Our teachers also train the students for literary events.

  • Students participated at Intercollegiate Fest “LAKSHH” organized by V. K. Krishna Menon College, Bhandup in the month of January, 2022. 05 students won prizes at events like Solo Singing, Solo Dance and Face Mask Painting competitions.

  • Students participated at Online Patriotic Song Singing Competition organized by SNDT College, Churchgate in the month of January, 2022.

  • Students participated at events like Solo Singing, Solo Dance etc. at an Inter collegiate fest FLAME organized by Gurukul College of Commerce, Ghatkopar in the month of February, 2022.

  • Ms. Faaziya Shaikh of F.Y.B.A. won second prize in the event Plastickirtee competition organized by Nirmala Niketan College, Mumbai.

    • The committee acknowledges the support and co-operation of the Management, Principal and participants.
  • Patriotic song Singing Competition, on August 8, 2022 under Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav 2022. 35 students performed in the final round which was judged by Ms. Neelakshi Nadar, a well-known singer. Following are the Winners of the competition:

      Ms. Kasturi Pathak and Ms. Kishore Pathak –Duet Singing – Second Prize – TYB.Com.

  • Our 24 students participated in a garba competition ‘Vagyo re Dhol’ organized by Sahiyar on September 25, 2022.

  • Garba for Students, Teaching and non-Teaching Staff on October 1, 2022 on the occasion of Navratri. Prizes for Best Costume and Best Dancer were sponsored by Unicharm Private Limited.The competition was judged by Mrs. Reshma Nahar. The prize winners of the competition: -

  • Yuva Mahotsav
    SNDT Women’s University Yuva Mahotsav Grand Finale 2022-2023 was held at Churchgate Campus on September 22 and 23, 2022 and at Pune Campus on September 30 and October 1, 2022. A group of 60 students represented our college. In the first round 44 students participated in Folk Dance, One Act Paly, Mime, Street Play, and Skit events held at SNDT Arts and Com. College, Churchgate on September 22, 2022. The participants bagged the following prizes:

  • Pune Campus- September 30 and October 1, 2022
    In the second round 15 students participated in Music, Literary and Fine Arts events. The participants bagged the following prizes:

    Light Vocal Indian and Indian Group Song (singing) - Bronze medal, Third prize.
