Under the patronage of Rotary Club of Ghatkopar and the Inner Wheel Club of Mumbai, the Rotaract Club of the college organises various community service activities. The club infuses pride and purpose in the minds of its young members. Rotaract Club activities are planned and organized by the students. In coordination with the Rotary Club, Inner Wheel Club and various committees of the college, they organize Health awareness, Social awareness as well as Sports activities
Students’ participation in the year 2021-2022:

• Conducted an international workshop in collaboration with the Department of English of our college on 28 Days of Gratitude Practices‘The Magic by Rhonda Byrne ’ from July 12, 2021 to August 8, 2021. Total 102 participants completed the workshop successfully and awarded with the participation certificates. Rtr Rajashree Shashikumar and Rtr Preeti Yadav were the RSVPs for this enriching event.
• A collabotrative project ‘Yara Teri Yari’ with 60 different rotaract Clubs across the world to celebrate World Friendship Day was successfully coordinated by our 15 rotaractors on August 1, 2021.
• Certificates for Rotaract year 2019-20 were awarded to all rotaractors by then President Rtr Saraswati and Secretary Rtr Jidnyasa on August 26, 2021.
• were awarded to all rotaractors by then President Rtr Jaya and Secretary RtrAmisha on August 31, 2021
• International workshop of 28 days on ‘ The Magic - by Rhonda Byrne ‘ was collaboratively conducted with the Department of English from July 12, 2021 to August 8, 2021. Total 222 participants were benefitted through this project.
• Rotaractor Shilpa Prajapati represented the club at RCMG in Kolhapur, Ratnagiri, Murbad, Chiplun and Mahad flood relief project. She volunteered her services for this project by collecting clothes, utensils and food packets donated by her residential area people on August 2, 2021.
• Rotaract Coordinator Rtn Savita Chavan alongwith 5 rotaractors attended a 3 day event ‘Zindagi’ dedicated to guidance sessions on Art of Living by Shri Shri Ravi Shankarji’s team on August 14, 15 and 16, 2021.
• Celebrated World Friendship Day with 60 rotaractor clubs across globe on August 1, 2021.
• Twenty –three rotaractors participated successfully and won certificates in an intercollegiate quiz collaboratively organised by IQAC, NSS,NCC and Rotaract Club of our college to commemorate the International Day of Non-Violence (Gandhi Jayanti) on 02 October, 2021.
• ‘The Page Turner’ – a webinar session on reading books by Grace Grossmann- a qualified yoga teacher, Wellbeing coach and best selling author from Berlin(Germany) was collaboratively organised alongwith 9 other rotaract clubs across nation on October 03, 2021. 20 rotaractors actively participated in it.
• A three day virtual sports tournament was organised in collaboration with RC of Mumbai Western Elite, RC of Mumbai Downtown and RC of VPM Shah College from October 05-07, 2021. Eight rotaractors participated in it.
• Online Orientation Program about ‘Rotaraction 2021’ for all faculties was organised by our club on October 06, 2021.Registration drive was carried out during the same.
• 15 rotaractors attended a professional development initiative ‘9 Days with 9 Skills’ from October 07-15, 2021 collaboratively organised by RC of Bharat College and other 4 clubs from Mumbai.
• Seven rotaractors attended Air Force Week Celebrations organised by Rotary Club of Humanity Squad India and Dream Armed Forces on October 08, 2021.
• Ten rotaractors attended a webinar on ‘Unblemished Relationships: Untangling Wires of Communication’ organised by RC of Wilson College and Therapeutic Dwelling on October 09, 2021.
• Organised and coordinated a session on ‘ Breast Cancer Awareness’ by Dr. Daxa from Asian Cancer Institute on October 13, 2021. More than 200 students across faculties joined the session.
• 20 rotaractors participated actively in ‘VaachanPreranaDiwas’ organised by IQAC and all departments of Languages on October 18, 2021.
• Ten rotaractors attended a webinar on ‘ Women’s Health’ by Dr. Madhuri Mehendale organised by ZynovaShalby Hospitals, Ghatkopar on October 21, 2021.
• Five rotaractors attended a webinar on ‘ Success Mantra for Your Exams’ by Rtn Dr. Manisha Anwekar organised by RC of DTSS College on October 23, 2021.
• Five rotaractors attended a webinar on ‘CHAI PE CHARCHA’ – Secrets on Impactful Communication organised by Study Group of Acquaintance and Fellowship (SGAF) on October 23, 2021.
• Ten rotaractors attended a webinar on ‘Why Mammography is Important?’ by Dr. Priyanka Patil Organised by ZynovaShalby Hospitals, Ghatkopar on October 25, 2021.
• Five rotaractors attended a webinar on ‘Art from Heart 2.0’ on the occasion of International Artist Day organised by RC of VES College of Pharmacy on October 25, 2021.
• Seven rotaractors attended a webinar on ‘ Early Detection of Breast Cancer’ by Dr. ReshmaPalep Organised by ZynovaShalby Hospitals, Ghatkopar on October 26, 2021.
• Three rotaractors participated in ‘MASQUERADE’ a cultural event by S. K. Somaiya Degree College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Vidyavihar on October 29, 2021.
• Seven rotaractors participated in a webinar on ‘Awareness of Cervical cancer’ organised by Apollo Hospitals, Navi Mumbai and Innerwheel Clubs of zone 4 on January 9, 2022.
• Celebrated Vasant Panchami on college campus on February 5, 2022 with ten rotaractors. Rotaractors offered garlands and flowers to goddess Saraswati. They worshipped the goddess by their wholehearted prayers and special performances of singing, dancing, one act play and mimicry.
• Organised a session for FYBCom students on ‘ De- Addiction’ by Dr. Rohan Bartake on February 11, 2022 in the college auditorium.
• Seventh Installation ceremony of our club was conducted on February 21, 2022. 26 rotaractors participated in the program. District Team joined with the college team online. Chief guest was DRR Bharat Patel. Dr Manju Prabha, Vice Principal of commerce faculty graced the occasion. Rtr Amisha was collared as the President and Rtr Smita was collared as the secretary. The Board of Directors and members were introduced and lapel pins were awarded to them. Coordinator Rtn Savita Chavan coordinated with district team, Rotary Club and Innerwheel Clubs for guidance and PR.
• Official Club Visit of Rotary Club of Mumbai Ghatkopar was attended by Coordinator Rtn Savita Chavan, President AmishaDhumal, SecretarySmitaJaiswar on February 22, 2022. Yearlong activities were reported and planned projects were communicated.
• Health Week 2021-22 was organised from February 28, 2022 to March 03, 2022 by RC in collaboration with Inner Wheel Club, Mumbai Ghatkopar and NSS unit of our college.

• 12 rotaractors participated in ‘Ancient Indian Games’ organised by Rotary Club of Mumbai Ghatkopar on April 03, 2022.
• Our club collaborated with RC of Northern Suburbs, RC of V.E.S. College of Pharmacy , Silvercity Midtown, RC of Mumbai Sky City and RC of Coimbtore Uptown to celebrate International Women’s Day with an online awareness session on ‘Vaginal Health and Menstruation’ by Dr. SmithaMoorthy on March 08, 2022. Total 10 rotaractors attended the same.
• Our club collaborated with RC of Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, RC of SilvercityMidtown,RC of GhanashyamdasSaraf College to organise a session on ‘Moneywise’ by Mrs. Kiran Telang and Mr. Amit Trivedi on March 27, 2022. Eight rotaractors attended it.
• Rtr Shilpa Prajapati and Rtr Jyoti Goswami were selected as finalists for ROTAL- Rotary Talent Competition 2021-22 in dance pair section on April 12, 2022.
• Rtr Shilpa Prajapati and Rtr Jyoti Goswami won second prize for ROTAL- Rotary Talent Competition 2021-22 in dance pair section on April 17, 2022. Both were felicitated at Rotary Club on April 28, 2022.
• 15 rotaractors volunteered for ‘Project Thalassemia’ by Rotary Club of Mumbai Ghatkopar on May 08, 2022.
• Sports Director Rtr Bhakti Damle organised online ‘Dice Game’ on May 20, 2022.
• 10 Rotaracors visited and participated in a special event with the title '23 Events in a Day' at RamniranjanJhunjhunwala college, Ghatkopar on July 01, 2022.
• 5 Rotaractors volunteered in organizing the inauguration function of our project ‘Saral Sanskritam’ to Yoga students at Rotary Club of Mumbai Ghatkopar on July 02, 2022.
• 20 Rotaractors attended different Seminars on Career/ Vocational Guidance online organized by Rotary Club of Mumbai Ghatkopar on July 09 and 10, 2022. Rtr Preeti Yadav(President) and Rtr Shilpa Prajapati(Secretary) attended:

• 10 Rotaractors attended 'Kargil Vijay Diwas' at RamniranjanJhunjhunwala College on July 26, 2022.
• 56 Rotaractors organized and celebrated ‘Friendship Day’ at our college on August 05, 2022.
• 21 Rotaractors organized and participated in the project ‘Rakshabandhan’. They tied Rakhis to policemen, traffic controllers, army personnel, Railway ticket agents, auto rickshaw drivers and bus drivers-conductors around Ghatkopar to show their gratitude and respect towards their invaluable services for the nation on August 11, 2022.
• 65 Rotaractors organized and participated in ‘Azadika Amrut Mahotsav’- A special flag hoisting followed by a cultural performance by rotaractors and a grand rally accompanied by Jain Band from Ghatkopar Rotary Service Centre to Ravi Petrol Pump on August 15, 2022.
• 35 Rotaractors with Youth Avenue of RCMG organized and attended ‘Sanskrit Workshop’ on August 20, 2022. RtnThyagarajuwas the resource person.
• 14 Rotaractors volunteered and attended ‘Piano Night’- A Fundraiser event organized by Rotary Club of Mumbai Ghatkopar at Fine Arts, Chembur on August 21, 2022.
• 2 Rotaractors attended ‘Beach Cleaning Drive’ at Juhu Beach organized by Rotary Club of Mumbai Ghatkopar on September 10, 2022.
• A Grand ‘Installation Ceremony’ of RCSPND 2022_23 was conducted on September 30, 2022.It was graced by ZRR AdithIyer, RtnHarjinderpal Singla, RtnKavita Ram and Madam Principal Dr. Asha Menon. ‘Imagine Your IKIGAI’ was declared as the theme for this Alpha year of Rotaraction of 2022-23.
• Best Garba Dress and Dance competition was organized to Celebrate Navratri in October 01, 2022. RtnKavita Ram was the external judge. Winners and consolations were rewarded with prizes by Rise Interiors Pvt.Ltd, Ghatkopar.
• Gandhi Jayanti 2022 was celebrated by organizing an expert talk on 'Gandhiji on Leadership Skills’ on October 08, 2022. RtnThyagaraju was the resource person. It was followed by a rapid-fire quiz conducted by RtnBhavana Ansari.
